Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains where and how Hind Electronics delivers LPG cylinders and carries out service work.

1. What we deliver

We deliver BPCL Bharatgas LPG cylinders, regulators and related items, using our own vehicles and staff. We do not send goods by courier or post.

2. Where we deliver

We deliver across our service area in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, from our Tellapur godown and Shaikpet showroom. Contact us to check if your address is covered.

3. When we deliver

• Domestic refills: usually within 2 working days of booking.
• Commercial cylinders: as agreed with you, usually the same day or the next day.
• Installation and maintenance: on a date and time agreed with you.

We will tell you if a delivery will be late, for example because of BPCL supply delays, holidays, heavy rain or strikes.

4. Delivery charges

Doorstep delivery within our service area is included in the price. If any extra charge applies, we will tell you before we deliver.

5. At the time of delivery

• Check that the seal is intact before you accept the cylinder.
• You may ask our delivery staff to weigh the cylinder in front of you.
• Hand over your empty cylinder in exchange.
• You will get a cash memo or tax invoice for every delivery.
